Tickets are $28 for adults and $15 for kids 6 to 12. Kids 5 and under are free in 2027. Discounted tickets are available in advance at every Car Parts Warehouse store for $23 (adults) and $12 (kids 6 to 12).
Yes. An eligible member or spouse (not both) may buy up to four tickets, provided one is used by the purchasing member or spouse. The discount applies to active and retired U.S. military personnel, Coast Guard, National Guard, Reservists and their spouses. Show a current, retired or dependent military ID; veterans show a DD214. Limit four tickets, at the I-X Center box office only. General admission at the show is $18 with the discount; kids 5 and under are free.
$15 per vehicle. Cash or credit is accepted for parking.
Wheelchairs are available at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A photo ID is left with the attendant to secure the return. You are welcome to bring your own stroller or wagon; none are available to rent.
The I-X Center permits service animals only. Under the ADA, a service animal is a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
No outside food, beverages, coolers or sack lunches are allowed in the facility. Concession stands and food trucks offer a range of options during the show.
Yes. There are ATMs in the East Lobby and on the Pavilion.
The I-X Center does not offer a shuttle. Some partner and nearby hotels run shuttles for I-X Center guests; ask your hotel.
Major credit cards are accepted at most shows. Personal checks are not accepted.
The I-X Center does not have a paging system. Pick a meeting spot and a departure time for your group before you split up.
